Internship at Business & Development Department

Your mission
  • Support in go to market analysis & competitive intelligence 
  • Identify and structure Value Chain Ecosystem & Partnerships 
  • Identify criteria & key decision factors to establish future plant locations 
  • Involvement and support in key business decisions / creation of business cases 
Your profile
  • You are an ambitious student, currently enrolled in a Masters/ MBA program in Management, Technology, Business, or Engineering with first business experience 
  • Strong plus: Proven knowledge or a first experience in plastics production, recycling, waste management or circularity
  • You are passionate about sustainability and understand the challenges of circular economy
  • You think independently, are well organised and motivated, with the ability to cultivate and develop the role through the internship
  • You can structure ambiguous problems and take action to solve them
  • You can synthesise clear takeaways from complex information and provide recommendations using both qualitative and quantitative methods
  • You can work effectively with diverse teams to come up with the best solution and move people and organisations to act
  • You can communicate effectively with all audiences, including senior leaders, in a structured manner
  • You are proficient in professional English (oral and written). Knowledge of French and/ or German is a plus.
  • You have a Swiss working permit or are eligible to work in Switzerland

About us
We are an award-winning Swiss company that is changing the way we recycle plastic. Founded in 2020, we are a team of young, dynamic, dedicated entrepreneurs who are committed to solving the plastic problem. Having built and optimized our pre-demo plant, we are about to build and optimize our 500 T-per-year showcase plant. We are also continually innovating, developing, and optimizing our DePoly process for PET recycling, but also advancing our techniques to recycle other consumer and industrial-based plastic waste and implementing these processes to the pilot scale.
