Your mission

Support in go to market analysis & competitive intelligence
Identify and structure Value Chain Ecosystem & Partnerships
Identify criteria & key decision factors to establish future plant locations
Involvement and support in key business decisions / creation of business cases

Your profile

You are an ambitious student, currently enrolled in a Masters/ MBA program in Management, Technology, Business, or Engineering with first business experience
Strong plus: Proven knowledge or a first experience in plastics production, recycling, waste management or circularity
You are passionate about sustainability and understand the challenges of circular economy
You think independently, are well organised and motivated, with the ability to cultivate and develop the role through the internship
You can structure ambiguous problems and take action to solve them
You can synthesise clear takeaways from complex information and provide recommendations using both qualitative and quantitative methods
You can work effectively with diverse teams to come up with the best solution and move people and organisations to act
You can communicate effectively with all audiences, including senior leaders, in a structured manner
You are proficient in professional English (oral and written). Knowledge of French and/ or German is a plus.
You have a Swiss working permit or are eligible to work in Switzerland

We are an award-winning Swiss company that is changing the way we recycle plastic. Founded in 2020, we are a team of young, dynamic, dedicated entrepreneurs who are committed to solving the plastic problem. Having built and optimized our pre-demo plant, we are about to build and optimize our 500 T-per-year showcase plant. We are also continually innovating, developing, and optimizing our DePoly process for PET recycling, but also advancing our techniques to recycle other consumer and industrial-based plastic waste and implementing these processes to the pilot scale.
