Your mission
Responsibilities you'll be handling:
- Operating the showcase plant equipment, controlling and ensuring the smooth running of the process, and troubleshooting any issues.
- Handling and processing of the large number of chemicals required for the running of the plant.
- Close collaboration with Engineering and R&D teams in the development of new product tests and process optimization
- Writing reports and documents for process performance.
- Organizing shipment of goods with the shipment responsible
- Organizing external and internal deliveries
- Regular check and updates of the inventory
Your profile
We expect you to have these skills:
- Chemical Operator/Technician
- Work experience in an industrial environment or a solid foundation in the technology sector.
- Capable of independently running and operating various equipment and familiar with process control systems, a good foundation in chemistry and an understanding of polymers is a plus.
- Well organized and motivated, comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment, and good communication skills in small and large teams.
- Have an intermediate knowledge of French and English.
- Mastering Microsoft Office 365 (Excel and Word)
- Mastering communication tools (Emails)
- Familiar with the production chain (packaging, storage….)
- Have a Swiss working permit or be eligible to work in Switzerland.
- Knowledge of the Good Practices and Safety in chemical industries
